Volleyball Recap: Arcola Comes Up Short

Arcola was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Shelbyville Rams.

The final score came out to 25-13, 25-12.

Arcola's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Shelbyville, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 4-2.

Arcola didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Charleston on the 13th. As for Shelbyville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Casey-Westfield on the 13th.
