Softball Preview: Logansport Berries vs. Huntington North Vikings

The Logansport Berries will head out on the road to challenge the Huntington North Vikings at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Logansport is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.

On Saturday, Logansport needed a bit of extra time to put away South Bend St. Joseph. They won by a run and slipped past the Huskies 6-5.

Brooklynn Hagerty was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she struck out 11 batters over eight innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off nine hits. Hagerty was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI.
