Soccer Game Preview: Nipmuc Regional vs. Blackstone Valley RVT

The Nipmuc Regional Warriors will face off against the Blackstone Valley RVT Beavers at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Nipmuc Regional will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last.

Nipmuc Regional is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. Everything went their way against Whitinsville Christian on Monday as they made off with a 9-1 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Nipmuc Regional's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Massachusetts soccer rankings (they are ranked 91st, while Whitinsville Christian are ranked 267th).

Meanwhile, Blackstone Valley RVT's game on Wednesday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They beat Hopedale by a goal, winning 2-1. Blackstone Valley RVT haven't had any issues with Hopedale recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Nipmuc Regional's victory bumped their record up to 6-2-4. As for Blackstone Valley RVT, they now have a winning record of 3-2-4.
