Soccer Recap: Valhalla Takes a Loss

Valhalla was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Santana Sultans. That's two games in a row now that the Norsemen have lost by exactly two goals.

Valhalla's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15-3. As for Santana, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-8-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Valhalla will square off against Helix at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Santana, they are taking a road trip to challenge Monte Vista at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
