Volleyball Recap: Franklin Road Christian Starts off Right with Win over Lancaster Christian Academy

Franklin Road Christian took care of business in their home opener on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Lancaster Christian Academy Knights.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-10, 11-25, 25-15.

Several Knights players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mya Miller, who had 19 digs and three aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Geerts, who had 21 digs and two blocks.

Lancaster Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Franklin Road Christian will be playing at home against Boyd Christian at 6:00 p.m. on the 26th. Lancaster Christian Academy has already played their next match (against United Christian Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
