Football Recap: Valley Stream Central Starts Season with Win Against Roosevelt

Valley Stream Central took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Monday. They breezed past the Roosevelt Roughriders to the tune of 34-0.

Looking ahead, Valley Stream Central will challenge Mepham at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will give Valley Stream Central their first taste of in-conference action this season. Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
