Soccer Recap: St. Anthony's Takes a Loss

St. Anthony lost against Chaminade back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Friars fell just short of the Flyers by a score of 1-0.

St. Anthony's defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 10-2. As for Chaminade, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-0-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. St. Anthony's will venture away from home to square off against Kellenberg Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Chaminade, they will head out to challenge La Salle Academy at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday. The two teams have allowed few goals on average (Chaminade 0.3, La Salle Academy 0.5) so any goals scored will be well earned.
