Soccer Game Preview: McKenzie vs. Huntingdon

The McKenzie Rebels will challenge the Huntingdon Mustangs at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. McKenzie will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each game than the last.

McKenzie is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They put the hurt on Clarksburg with a sharp 10-1 victory last Monday.

McKenzie's offense was hitting the Rockets from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Guillermo Hickman led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Meanwhile, Huntingdon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of Obion County.

McKenzie's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-1-2. As for Huntingdon, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.
