Basketball Recap: Cypress Bay Takes a Loss

Cypress Bay and Western squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Cypress Bay had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Western Wildcats by a score of 63-61. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Lightning have suffered since February 10, 2024.

Cypress Bay's loss dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Western, their win bumped their record up to 19-7.

As of now, neither Cypress Bay nor Western have any future games scheduled.
