Soccer Recap: Triangle Math & Science Comes Up Short

Triangle Math & Science was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 16th straight loss. They came up short against the Woods Charter Wolves, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, Triangle Math & Science can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 546th, while Woods Charter are ranked 179th).

Triangle Math & Science's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Woods Charter, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-4-1.

Triangle Math & Science wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Ascend Leadership on the 5th. As for Woods Charter, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next game, a 9-0 win against Clover Garden School on the 5th.
