            Baseball Recap: Holliston Panthers vs. Norton Lancers        
        
		
        
        
            While Holliston's  victory against Norton wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers had just enough and edged out the Lancers  5-4 on Wednesday. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Lancers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive  win against them.

 Arav Prajapati made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching seven innings while giving up just two earned  (and two unearned) runs off   seven  hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-3 with one  stolen base, one  run,  and one  RBI.
 In other batting news, Holliston let  Sam Schoenberg and  Ben Maiorano run wild. Schoenberg  got on base  in two of his four plate appearances with three  stolen bases and one  run, while  Maiorano  went 1-for-4 with one  triple, one  run,  and one  RBI.
 Holliston  hit smart and  finished the game with only two  strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters  in four consecutive  matchups.
Holliston's record is now 10-6. As for Norton, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record  this season.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Holliston is set to  challenge  their familiar foe Hopkinton  at 6:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Meanwhile, Norton will  take on  rival Millis  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
