Using our database of historical results, we are looking back at the most successful high school basketball programs in the state of Kansas over the past decade.

Blue Valley Northwest captured five state championship, appeared in the state title game twice and finished ranked in the state Top 25 rankings nine of the past 10 seasons.

Heights finished in a distant second, capturing three state championships and appearing in the state Top 25 rankings six times over the past decade.
