Alpha Omega Academy put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Abbott Panthers 13-1. Considering the Lions have won three matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Alpha Omega Academy pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.4 runs over those games. As for Abbott, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 1-2.

Alpha Omega Academy didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-4 draw against Milano on the 27th. As for Abbott, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Mount Calm at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Abbott's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
