Baseball Game Preview: Bainbridge Spartans vs. Sequim Wolves

For the second straight game, Bainbridge will face off against Sequim. The Spartans will venture away from home to challenge the Wolves at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bainbridge has four straight wins, Sequim has five straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

If Bainbridge beats Sequim with 11 runs on Thursday, it's going to be the squad's new lucky number: they've won their past two games with that exact score. The Spartans beat the Wolves on Tuesday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 11-1. The Spartans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matchups by seven runs or more this season.

Bainbridge's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Sequim, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.
