Baseball Recap: Little Axe Comes Up Short

Little Axe fell victim to Purcell and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Dragons, falling 10-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Indians of the 8-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Little Axe has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Purcell, their record now sits at 14-10.
