Basketball Game Preview: Legend Titans vs. Highlands Ranch Falcons

The Legend Titans are taking a road trip to square off against the Highlands Ranch Falcons at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Legend is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak.

On Friday, Legend came up short against Chaparral and fell 54-46. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Wolverines are ranked third).

Meanwhile, Highlands Ranch lost a heartbreaker to Rock Canyon when they met back in January of 2023, and they left with a heavy heart again on Friday. Highlands Ranch received a blow as they fell 75-60 to Rock Canyon. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Jaguars recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Highlands Ranch's loss dropped their record down to 9-12. As for Legend, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-11.

Legend was able to grind out a solid victory over Highlands Ranch in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, winning 80-69. The rematch might be a little tougher for Legend since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
