Basketball Recap: Farrell's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Farrell can now relate to. They fell 74-63 to the Belle Vernon Leopards on Friday.

Farrell's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-12. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points over those games. As for Belle Vernon, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 18 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season.

Farrell does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Belle Vernon, they will face off against Sharon on Tuesday. One thing working in Sharon's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 14 games.
