Penfield has gone a perfect 3-0 against Spencerport recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Patriots will take on the Rangers at 6:30 p.m.

Penfield is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New York's top teams: Shenendehowa, who was ranked ninth at the time (Penfield was ranked 22nd). The Patriots took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plainsmen on Saturday. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Spencerport hadn't done well against Irondequoit recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Rangers came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rangers.

Spencerport walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The final score came out to 25-23, 22-25, 25-20, 25-15.

Spencerport's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Penfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-4.

Penfield took their win against Spencerport in their previous meeting back in September of 2017 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Patriots repeat their success, or do the Rangers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
