Volleyball Recap: Alief Hastings Takes a Loss

Alief Hastings was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kountze Lions.

Alief Hastings' defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Kountze, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

Coincidentally, Alief Hastings and Kountze will both be playing Fort Bend Hightower the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Hurricanes at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Bears will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
