After having lost a blowout in their previous game against The Academy, Forge Christian was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Arvada Bulldogs as the Forge Christian Fury made off with a 16-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Fury, who have now won 13 matches by seven runs or more so far this season.

Julianna Alfaro made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits while striking out seven over four innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.
