Pandora-Gilboa took care of business in their home opener (barely) on Thursday. They won a matchup that couldn't have been any closer, slipping by the Columbus Grove Bulldogs 22-21. The win was all the more spectacular given the Rockets' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio football rankings (they are ranked 207th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 70th).

Looking ahead, Pandora-Gilboa will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Bluffton at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th. As for Columbus Grove, they will square off against Liberty-Benton at 7:00 p.m. on the 29th.
