Warsaw is 8-2 against Goshen since January of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Warsaw Tigers will face off against the Goshen RedHawks at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Warsaw is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 44-30 victory over Concord. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Minutemen: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, Goshen waltzed into their contest on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Falcons 65-28. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 33-12.

Warsaw better focus on containing Levi Sawatzky and Karter Marcum as the pair were huge in Goshen's win. Sawatzky shot 45% from the field on his way to 16 points and five steals, while Marcum almost dropped a double-double with 17 points and nine boards. The game was Sawatzky's tenth in a row with at least 16 points. Another player making a difference was Braxton Cline, who posted seven points in addition to five assists and five steals.

Goshen smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in February of 2024.

Warsaw's record is now 23-5. As for Goshen, their record is now 14-9.

Everything went Warsaw's way against Goshen in their previous meeting back in January, as Warsaw made off with a 62-42 victory. Will Warsaw repeat their success, or does Goshen have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
