Cooper faced Campbell County in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Jaguars narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Camels 2-1. The victory was nothing new for Cooper as they're now sitting on three straight.

Cooper's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Campbell County, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.

Looking ahead, Cooper will welcome Lafayette at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Lafayette's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
