Rising Sun lost to Milan back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Tuesday. The Rising Sun Shiners enjoyed a cozy 55-36 win over the Milan Indians.

Rising Sun was led to victory by Jaylen Peelman and Tamryn Miller. Peelman almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine boards, while Miller went 7 for 15 on her way to 21 points and eight rebounds. The dominant performance gave Peelman a new career-high in rebounds. Carrigan Friend was another key player, putting up nine points.

Rising Sun smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive rebound total in three consecutive contests.
