Flag Football Game Preview: Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions vs. Liberty Lions + Official Tickets

The Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions will head out to square off against the Liberty Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.

On Wednesday, Mountain Ridge got the win against Boulder Creek by a conclusive 28-6.

Mountain Ridge's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Amiaya Tice led the charge by throwing for 226 yards and four TDs while completing 73.1% of her passes, and also rushing for 77 yards on only seven carries. Another player making a difference was Cameron Mailloux, who picked up 119 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Mountain Ridge didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Anahlee Sifuentes and Emily Scott.

Liberty not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 30th (when they won 56-0). They took their contest with ease, bagging a 45-7 win over Shadow Ridge.

The victory got Liberty back to even at 7-7. As for Mountain Ridge, the win also got them back to even at 7-7.
