Rutherford has gone a perfect 7-0 against Walton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Rams will head out to challenge the Braves at 7:00 p.m. Rutherford is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.2 points per game this season.

Last Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Rutherford beat International Community 53-49. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rams.

Rutherford's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Micah Bouie, who posted 19 points, and Kelaiah Baker, who earned 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Damari Scott, who had seven points.

Meanwhile, Walton didn't have too much trouble with North Bay Haven Academy on Tuesday as they won 53-37. The victory continues a trend for the Braves in their matchups with the Buccaneers: they've now won six in a row.

Walton's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Rutherford, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Rutherford was able to grind out a solid win over Walton in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, winning 48-38. Will the Rams repeat their success, or do the Braves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
