Basketball Game Preview: Marsing Huskies vs. Parma Panthers

The Marsing Huskies will take on the Parma Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.

Marsing will bounce into Thursday's game after beating The Ambrose School, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Marsing enjoyed a cozy 55-36 victory over The Ambrose School on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Parma made easy work of New Plymouth last Wednesday and carried off a 63-42 win. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Parma pushed their record up to 18-2 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.5 points. As for Marsing, their win bumped their record up to 10-11.

Marsing was dealt a bruising 57-15 defeat at the hands of Parma in their previous meeting back in January. Can Marsing avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
