Football Recap: Eastwood Comes Up Short on the Road Against St. John Bosco + How To Watch

Eastwood had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were outmatched by the St. John Bosco Braves and fell 66-7. The Troopers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-0.

Kingston Jeffries threw for 114 yards and one TD. Jude Walker was his top target, picking up 79 receiving yards and one score.

St. John Bosco got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Koa Malau'ulu out in front who threw for 137 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 passes, and also punched in one rushing score. DJ Tubbs was another key receiver, picking up 78 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

St. John Bosco has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Eastwood has already played their next matchup, a 35-19 victory against Chapin on the 5th. As for St. John Bosco, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 21-14 win against St. Frances Academy on the 5th.
