Basketball Recap: UR Academy Takes a Loss

UR Academy managed to slip by Cornerstone Christian Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Lions took a blow against the Crusaders on Tuesday, falling 70-37. The Lions' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

UR Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Cornerstone Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. UR Academy will face off against Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Cornerstone Christian Academy, they will square off against Millersville Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
