Softball Recap: Whitney Wildcats vs. Savanna Rebels

There's no place like home for Whitney, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 6-3 victory over the Savanna Rebels on Monday.

Amaya Dugal was a major factor no matter where she played. She struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing Two bases. while going 3-for-4. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season.
