Football Recap: Bloomfield Hills Takes a Loss

Bloomfield Hills lost against Farmington back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Black Hawks were outmatched by the Falcons and fell 49-21. While losing is never fun, the Black Hawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 340th, while the Falcons are ranked 90th).

Rocco Colosimo threw for 68 yards and one touchdown.

Bloomfield Hills' loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Farmington, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-1.

Looking ahead, Bloomfield Hills will be playing at home against West Bloomfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Lakers' defense has only allowed 14.4 points per game this season, so the Black Hawks' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Farmington, they will venture away from home to face off against Clarkston at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
