Soccer Recap: Eastchester Plays to a Tie

While Eastchester's fans didn't get a definitive result on Thursday, they were treated to the team's highest-scoring tie of the season. Neither they nor the Ursuline Koalas could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Laia Jeannotte was the only thing that stood between Eastchester and a shutout considering she scored both of Eastchester's goals, bringing her season total up to eight goals.

Eastchester's draw gives them a new season record of 4-2-5. As for Ursuline, they moved theirs to 2-3-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastchester will challenge Pelham Memorial at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Ursuline, they will square off against Maria Regina at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
