Basketball Recap: Quapaw Takes a Loss

Quapaw was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost to the Afton Eagles on the road by a 44-26 margin. The Wildcats were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Eagles earlier this season, when they won 41-34.

Quapaw's loss dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Afton, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.

Quapaw will venture away from home to take on Copan at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Afton, they will host Wyandotte at 6:00 p.m. on February 11th.
