Volleyball Recap: Pickens Dragons vs. Oconee County Warriors

Pickens and Oconee County squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Pickens had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Warriors. The Dragons' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Pickens took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-20, 25-22.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Oconee County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Sidney Tranel, who had ten digs and two assists. That's the most assists Tranel has posted over her last four matches. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Webb, who had ten digs and three assists.
