Basketball Recap: Penn Yan Academy Comes Up Short

Penn Yan Academy lost against Palmyra-Macedon back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Penn Yan Academy Mustangs fell 44-36 to the Palmyra-Macedon Red Raiders. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Penn Yan Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Palmyra-Macedon, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season.

Penn Yan Academy will host Waterloo at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Palmyra-Macedon, they will head out to square off against Mynderse Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
