While Box Elder's victory against Roy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bees sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the Royals on Wednesday. That's more bragging rights for the Bees, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Korbin Jeppesen was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Bryson Wight, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Box Elder's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10. As for Roy, they dropped their record down to 7-8 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Box Elder didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 17-7 defeat against Woods Cross on the 21st. As for Roy, they have also already played their next game, an 8-7 loss against Northridge on the 21st.
