Soccer Recap: St. Agnes Academy Takes a Loss

After soaring to five goals the game before, St. Agnes Academy was a bit more limited in their matchup on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Hutchison Sting by a score of 2-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Hutchison this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in August.

St. Agnes Academy's goal came courtesy of Rylie Thornburg, which was the first she's scored this season.

St. Agnes Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-5-1. As for Hutchison, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

Coming up, St. Agnes Academy will square off against Lakeland Preparatory at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hutchison, they will take on Bartlett at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
