Meanwhile, Bossier faced Barbe in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. Bossier might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Barbe an easy 4-0 win. The Bearkats' defeat signaled the end of their five-game winning streak.

St. Louis Catholic now has a losing record at 3-4-2. As for Bossier, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5-2.
