Baseball Recap: Edmondson-Westside Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Dunbar, Edmondson-Westside was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They had just enough and edged out the Lake Clifton Lakers 8-7. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Red Storm have posted since April 25, 2024.

Edmondson-Westside's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Lake Clifton, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3-2.

Looking ahead, Edmondson-Westside will square off against Coppin Academy on Wednesday. As for Lake Clifton, they will host Patterson at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
