Baseball Recap: Tyler HEAT Has No Trouble Against Excel Christian Academy

Tyler HEAT never let their opponents score on Friday. They put the hurt on the Excel Christian Academy Eagles with a sharp 19-0 win. Considering Tyler HEAT has won five matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Tyler HEAT let Braylen Frazier and Austin Chamberlain run wild. Frazier scored three runs while going 3-for-4, while Chamberlain scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Those three hits gave Frazier a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Zayne Miller, who scored three runs while going 1-for-4.

Tyler HEAT always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .581. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

The victory made it two in a row for Tyler HEAT and bumps their season record up to 10-4. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games.
