Volleyball Recap: Doyle Triumphs

Doyle proved they can win big on Thursday (they won by three) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 win over the Central Lafourche Trojans. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Tigers have posted since September 4th.

Doyle's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Central Lafourche, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-13.

Doyle didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Benton on the 3rd. As for Central Lafourche, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Airline on the 3rd.
