            Two dominant  signal callers in  Peyton Hall and  Jenna Kate Hutchison are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Boaz Pirates are taking a road trip to  challenge the Spain Park Jaguars  at 5:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Spain Park will be up against a hot Boaz  team: the  squad just extended their winning streak to seven. The Pirates claimed a resounding  54-6 win over St. John Paul II. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Pirates' considerable advantage  in MaxPreps' Alabama flag football rankings (they are ranked seventh, while the Falcons are ranked 67th).

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Boaz to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Avelyn Matthews, who threw for 87 yards and a pair of  TDs while completing 77.8% of her passes. The dominant performance also gave  Matthews a new career-high in  passer rating (146.8).  Brynlee Brewster was in the mix  too, providing Boaz with two touchdowns.
 Boaz didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over.  Lexie Bennett led the group effort, picking up two of those  interceptions all by herself. Hall is also on a roll when it comes to  passing touchdowns, as she's  now  passed for three or more in each of the last three games she's  played.  Arleigh Kate Mitchell got in on the action too, converting a pick  into a touchdown.
 Meanwhile,  it was a proper cat-fight when Spain Park challenged Clay-Chalkville on Wednesday. The Jaguars took their  contest  with ease, bagging  a  30-0 victory over the Cougars. The  win continues a trend for the Jaguars in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won four in a row.
 Boaz's record is now 9-1. As for Spain Park, their record now sits at 11-4.
