Herron pushed their record up to 5-4 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.8 runs over those games. As for Indianapolis Crispus Attucks, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Herron will challenge Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
