Softball Recap: St. Charles North North Stars vs. Geneva Vikings

St. Charles North stacked a sixth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They never let the Geneva Vikings onto the board and left with a 10-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but St. Charles North sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

The result came thanks to Lauren Seyller's shutout, as she gave up just three hits and racked up eight Ks. Those eight strikeouts set a new season-high mark for her.

At the plate, St. Charles North got a big performance out of Haley Nelson, who went 1-for-1 with two runs, a triple, and an RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Mackenzie Patterson, who scored three runs while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
