Volleyball Recap: Silver Creek Takes a Loss

Silver Creek lost against Erie back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Raptors came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-13, 25-12.

Avery White paced Silver Creek's offense, picking up four kills. White got some help from Susan Campie and her 12 assists. Ava Rabenhorst controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Silver Creek has been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season. As for Erie, they pushed their record up to 14-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Silver Creek wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Skyline on the 23rd. As for Erie, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Legacy on the 22nd.
