Baseball Recap: Plymouth South Takes a Loss

Plymouth South was the 3-1 winner over Norwell when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell 4-1 to the Clippers on Wednesday.

Plymouth South's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Norwell, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season.

Plymouth South will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Pembroke at 4:30 p.m. As for Norwell, they are taking a road trip to challenge Weymouth at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Clippers surely won't give up without a fight.
