Baseball Recap: Towanda Takes a Loss

Sunday just wasn't the day for Towanda's offense. They lost 7-0 to the Athens Wildcats on Sunday. The Black Knights have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Towanda now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Athens, the win keeps they at an undefeated 7-0.

While Towanda had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
