Basketball Recap: Lowry Takes a Loss

Lowry was the 70-44 winner over Dayton when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lowry Buckaroos fell 49-42 to the Dayton Dust Devils on Wednesday.

Lowry has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Dayton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Dayton beat Lowry by a score of 49-42 on Friday.
