Flag Football Game Preview: Cleveland Rams vs. Fuquay - Varina Bengals

The Cleveland Rams will take on the Fuquay - Varina Bengals at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a four-game winning streak alive.

Cleveland's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They came out on top against South Garner by a score of 12-0.

Cleveland didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Olivia Tremaine.

Meanwhile, Fuquay - Varina faced Southeast Raleigh in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Bengals had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 2-0. While the Bengals didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-6), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Fuquay - Varina's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Cleveland, their win bumped their record up to 3-0.

Cleveland and Fuquay - Varina were neck-and-neck when the teams last played back in November of 2024, but Cleveland came up empty-handed after a 33-32 defeat. Can the Rams avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
