Softball Recap: Bowie Takes a Loss

Bowie lost to Martin back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Volunteers came up short against the Warriors, falling 16-1. The Volunteers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bowie's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18-1. As for Martin, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-9-1 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Bowie will face off against rival Arlington at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Martin is set to take on their familiar foe Haltom at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
